What make us unique
From the heart of Menorca, being Subaida one of its main lungs with its 350 hectares of land, we are proud to boast of our autarkic working method. We carry out each of the steps necessary for the production of our precious cheeses: from the sowing where we obtain the feed for our cows, to the packaging of our cheese for its subsequent distribution, including the use and recycling of by-products or waste material.
