CURED CHEESE (Subaida): The king of our cheeses, awarded many times over thanks to its exquisite flavor. Medium texture. Follow the maturation process between 6 and 9 months.
CARN I XULLA (Embotits Menorca): Sausage made with pigs raised on our farm, following traditional production methods and fed with barley flour, obtaining this tasty handmade sausage.
CARQUIÑOLS (Cas Sucrer): Since 1884, the well-known company located in Es Mercadal, has sweetened even the most demanding palate with its variety of artisan products.
WHITE WINE (Albenc): Wine project that the Urtasun family, owners of the prestigious Remírez de Ganuza winery, wanted to carry out in Menorca. It is a blend of the paired variety, sauvignon blanc, malvasia, viognier and chardonnay.
