SEMI CURED CHEESE (Subaida): Young cheese made with raw milk and matured for 2 months. Spread with extra virgin olive oil and sweet paprika.
CURED CHEESE (Subaida): The king of our cheeses, awarded many times over thanks to its exquisite flavor. Medium texture. Follow the maturation process between 6 and 9 months.
AÑEJO CHEESE (Subaida): Our most adult cheese, with a maturation process of 1 year in our natural cellars, with which its unique flavor is achieved that remains on the palate.
SOBRASADA AND CARN I XULLA (Embotits Menorca): Sausages made with pigs raised on our farm, following traditional production methods and fed with barley flour, obtaining these tasty handmade sausages.
