Semi-cured Half Piece Artisan Cheese with Denomination of Origin Mahón-Menorca made with raw cow's milk, our own milk production.
Ingredients: Cow's milk, lactic ferments, stabilizer (calcium chloride), rennet, salt and lysozyme (E-1105 (enzyme from egg white)).
Crust: Smeared with extra virgin olive oil and paprika.
Weight approx. 1,200kg.
